  • Usage data: Via Google Analytics (through GTM): pages visited, session duration, device type, browser
  • Cookies: To track your browsing experience and improve the service

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:

  • Manage the waitlist and notify you when we launch
  • Send confirmation emails and product updates
  • Analyze user behavior to improve the site
  • Comply with legal obligations

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Recipients

Your data is shared with the following processors:

  • Resend: Email delivery platform for confirmations and notifications
  • Cloudflare: Website hosting and edge infrastructure
  • Google Analytics: Traffic analysis (via GTM)
  • Google Ads: Retargeting and conversion tracking (configured via GTM)

All processors are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.

6. Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained for up to 2 years after you confirm your address, or until you request deletion. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Objection: Opt out of communications (unsubscribe)
