STOK Terminal is an informational platform for fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies. The service provides financial data, metrics, ratios, and analytical tools for educational and research purposes. It is currently in beta and accessible via waitlist.

Important: STOK Terminal does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. We are not registered financial advisors or fund managers. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Beta Phase and Disclaimer of Warranties

STOK Terminal is under active development. Therefore:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• We do not guarantee that data is 100% accurate (though we strive for accuracy)
• Errors, downtime, or changes without notice may occur
• We are not liable for financial losses arising from use of the tool

Financial data on STOK Terminal is sourced from public filings and third-party providers and is processed automatically. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, under Spanish jurisdiction.
