Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the STOK Terminal website (stokterminal.com) and its associated services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

STOK Terminal is operated by Hesvel Global, S.L.U. (Carretera Santa María del Mar, No. 22, Edificio sede Cuevas Blancas, 38111 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain), the party you contract with under these terms.

2. Description of Service

STOK Terminal is an informational platform for independent investors to track portfolios, watchlists, transactions, charts, documents and company fundamentals. The service provides financial data, metrics, ratios and analytical tools for educational and research purposes. It is launching soon: access opens from a free list, in signup order, and is activated by invitation.

Important: STOK Terminal does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. We are not registered financial advisors or fund managers. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Early Product Stage and Disclaimer of Warranties

STOK Terminal is under active development. Therefore:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• We do not guarantee that data is 100% accurate (though we strive for accuracy)
• Errors, downtime, or changes without notice may occur
• We are not liable for financial losses arising from use of the tool

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no charge. We open access in small batches, in signup order, so there may be a wait before your invitation arrives. If you receive an invitation and accept it, the initial early-user price is €6.95/month — a 50% discount off the €13.90 public price. That amount stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active without cancelling or changing plan; it only changes if the public price itself changes, in which case you keep the 50% discount off the new public price and we notify you by email before the new amount is charged. If you cancel, change plan and switch back, or return later, the then-current terms will apply.

4. Subscriptions, Trial and Billing

• Trial: every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to activate it, and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you before the first payment.
• Renewal: unless you cancel during the trial, the subscription continues on the same plan and at the same price and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Billing is monthly only; there is no annual commitment.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Taxes: the prices we publish are base prices and exclude tax. Checkout calculates the tax applicable in your billing country and shows the total before you confirm.
• Price changes: we may change the public price of a plan. Existing subscribers are notified by email before any new amount is charged and can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

Completed payments are non-refundable and cancelling does not pro-rate the current period, except in the cases set out in our refund policy and except where the law grants you stronger rights. Read the full refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms and which you accept before purchase.

6. Merchant of Record, Invoicing and Taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Paddle.com is the seller of record for every subscription: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and collects and remits any applicable tax. Its buyer terms apply to the purchase alongside these terms. You can manage your subscription, payment method and invoices at paddle.net.

We never receive or store your card details. Your relationship with us for the service itself, its content and its support continues to be governed by these terms.

7. Not Financial Advice

All content on STOK Terminal — including financial data, ratios, charts, and articles — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Always conduct your own due diligence or consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

8. Permitted Use

By using STOK Terminal, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful and authorized purposes
• Not attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or access data in an unauthorized manner
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform's underlying technology
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

9. Intellectual Property

All content on STOK Terminal — including code, design, processed data, and written content — is the property of Hesvel Global, S.L.U. or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the platform's code or design
• Redistribute processed financial data commercially
• Use STOK Terminal's branding without written permission

10. Data Accuracy

Financial data on STOK Terminal is sourced from public filings and third-party providers and is processed automatically. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy:

• Errors, delays, or gaps may exist
• Some figures may be estimates or restated values
• We recommend verifying critical data against official regulatory filings

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STOK Terminal is not liable for: financial losses, damages arising from use of the service, inaccurate data, or service interruptions.

Investing in financial markets carries inherent risk. Losses are possible. STOK Terminal is an informational tool, not a guarantee of investment returns.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

13. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if we detect abuse or violation of these terms. You may also request account cancellation at any time by contacting us.

14. Complaints

Send any complaint to [email protected]. We acknowledge it and give you a reasoned answer within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate a billing matter to Paddle.com through paddle.net, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. Any dispute will be resolved by the legally competent courts or authorities.
