1. What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by Stok Terminal. It complements our privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

2. Necessary storage

We use local storage to remember your cookie choice and your theme and currency preferences, and a language cookie when you choose a language. These values remain until you change your choice or clear browser data. We also use an anti-abuse service when you submit the form to protect it from abuse.

To resume the form, we temporarily keep its state and a technical credential in browser session storage. The credential for completing preferences after email confirmation expires after 30 minutes and only allows reading or completing those preferences. It does not provide application access and is not used for analytics.

3. Aggregate measurement and optional analytics

We measure how the site is used with aggregate counts of visits and interactions, together with general details of the visit such as language, origin (including the ad campaign), device type or approximate country. This measurement uses no cookies or identifiers, stores nothing on your device, creates no profiles and cannot identify you: the counts are summed on our server and groups with very few visits are hidden.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement are off by default. Google's measurement tags do load from the start: until you accept they read and write no cookie or identifier, and only send signals that do not identify you, which let Google estimate aggregate results. When you accept optional analytics, our provider may use cookies, records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, with every form field masked; we also keep the origin of your first visit and of the most recent external source in your browser for 90 days. Advertising measurement lets our provider use cookies or identifiers, on the terms set out in our privacy policy. We never enable personalized advertising. You can withdraw either of the two at any time through the footer controls.

4. Managing your choice

You can accept, reject or configure optional analytics and advertising measurement in the banner and reopen it at any time from the footer. You can also remove stored data through your browser settings. Removing analytics cookies through the browser does not replace the consent controls on this website.
